Pricing
Products are made available to Authorized Dealers at prices established in the current Silent AF Dealer Price Sheet, which is provided upon approval of this agreement. Silent Armament Forge LLC reserves the right to adjust dealer pricing with no less than 30 days’ written notice. Dealer pricing is confidential and may not be shared with end consumers or third parties.
Part II
Other Terms & Policies
- Dealer must hold a current Federal Firearms License (FFL) with Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) Class III designation and remain in good standing with the ATF throughout the term of this agreement. Copies of current FFL and SOT documentation must be provided at registration and upon each renewal.
- Dealer agrees to conduct all suppressor transfers in full compliance with ATF regulations, including proper completion of ATF Form 4 for each customer transfer. Silent Armament Forge LLC is not responsible for any errors, delays, or penalties arising from Dealer’s non-compliance with NFA transfer requirements.
By submitting this form, Dealer agrees to all terms of this Agreement and Exhibit A attached hereto.
Warranty & Returns
Silent AF suppressors are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original registered owner. This warranty is non-transferable and begins on the date of ATF Form 4 approval. Warranty claims must be submitted to info@silentaf.us; all NFA warranty returns must be coordinated through Dealer’s licensed premises per ATF requirements. This warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic finish changes, damage from improper use or mounting, use of calibers outside the rated bore specification, or unauthorized modifications. Silent Armament Forge LLC’s sole obligation under this warranty is repair or replacement at Company’s discretion — no cash refunds will be issued on NFA items.
Trademarks & Intellectual Property
Dealer acknowledges that Silent Armament Forge LLC owns and retains all right, title, and interest in the Silent AF name, logo, and all related trademarks, including SILENT AF, SILENT ARMAMENT FORGE, FNG DAY1, VIGILANTIS, and .22 SHIFT. Dealer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use these marks solely to advertise and sell authentic Silent AF products purchased under this agreement. Dealer may not alter, combine, or incorporate Silent AF marks into Dealer’s own branding. All goodwill generated through Dealer’s use of Silent AF marks inures solely to the benefit of Silent Armament Forge LLC. This license terminates immediately upon expiration or termination of this agreement.
Social Media
Dealer is encouraged to promote Silent AF products on social media and must tag @silent_af_usa on Instagram and Silent AF on Facebook in any post featuring Silent AF products. All social media content featuring Silent AF products must depict lawful, safe firearm use and accurately represent product specifications. Dealer may not publish content that disparages Silent AF products or the Company on any public platform. Dealers who consistently tag and post quality content will be prioritized for co-marketing features and reposting on Silent AF’s channels.
Resale Restrictions
Dealer may not resell or redistribute Silent AF products to other dealers, distributors, or resellers without prior written consent from Silent Armament Forge LLC. Dealer may not list Silent AF products on Amazon, eBay, GunBroker, or any third-party marketplace without prior written authorization. Silent AF products purchased under this agreement may not be exported outside the United States.
Disclaimer
ALL SILENT AF PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS” EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY COVERED BY THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ABOVE. SILENT ARMAMENT FORGE LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SILENT ARMAMENT FORGE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF ITS PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY.
